We reserve the right to pause or terminate work if payments are not made on time.
Deposits, if taken, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, content, and materials required for your project.
Delays in providing required materials may extend the project timeline.
You are responsible for ensuring that all content you provide complies with copyright and legal requirements.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website or project files will be transferred to you, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
6. Limitation of Liability
Techtuitions will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or damages caused by third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, plugins, or external APIs).
7. Revisions & Support
Revisions will be provided as per the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Ongoing support and maintenance services are available under separate agreements.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
